TPM2 (Lisbon, 18–19 November 2025)
Project: D’ARTIDE – Dynamic Artistic and Digital Inclusion Education (2024-1-SE01-KA220-SCH-000251440)
The 2nd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM2) was held at Agrupamento de Escolas Augusto Cabrita, bringing together partners from Portugal, Greece, Sweden, Cyprus, Italy, and Romania. The meeting allowed the consortium to consolidate progress, review Work Package outcomes, and define coordinated next steps.
- WP2 Progress – Curriculum Piloting**
Partners reviewed the full results of the pilot phase implemented between October and November 2025.
Key conclusions:
* Student participation was high (128 participants reported).
* Engagement and creativity were consistently strong across countries.
* Significant progress was observed in digital literacy, critical thinking, and inclusion.
* Recurring challenges included limited lesson time, varied familiarity with digital tools, and the need for more curated support materials.
Outstanding item: Sweden’s report is still pending for final WP2 consolidation.
- WP3 Progress – Digital Literacy Tools Development
Hub Nicosia presented the advancement of WP3 activities:
* Digital Literacy Modules (A3.1) completed.
* Collection of Artistic Digital Tools (A3.2) completed.
* A3.3 template finalized and distributed.
* More than 35 digital tools identified across seven categories (storytelling, image editing, audio, video, animation, coding, VR, collaboration).
Decisions:
* All partners must submit A3.3 materials by 20 December 2025.
* WP3 consolidated document and pilot guidelines to be finalized by **31 December 2025**.
* A3.4 piloting will take place in **January–February 2026**.
- WP4 Planning – Artistic Phase & Digital Art Library**
Memento Mortis introduced the WP4 artistic phase based on the concept “Body as a Living Interface”.
Key points:
* Training in Heraklion for 30 participants (teachers + student mentors).
* Local artistic workshops involving ~108 participants across four countries.
* Approximately **60 student artworks** expected for the Digital Art Library.
* Supporting materials will include reflection guides and impact reports.
Timeline Decision:
Partners selected **Option A (Spring 2026)** as the most feasible implementation schedule:
* Training: April–May 2026
* Local workshops: May–October 2026
* Digital Art Library publication: September–October 2026
- WP5 – Dissemination & Communication**
The current social media engagement was analysed:
* Facebook: 185 followers
* Instagram: 21 followers
* LinkedIn: 3 followers
Total = 209**, below the target of 1500.
