D’ ARTIDE TPM Sweden Kick-Off Meeting Stockholm
Dynamic Artistic And Digital Inclusion EducationTPM MEETING IN ALVIKSSKOLAN STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN
The meeting started with a welcome from the HeadMaster of Alviksskolan who welcomed all participants and talked about the school and its mission.
Then the participants took turns to present their organisations and themselves. After the introductions were completed, the participants of the meeting continued with the presentations on the project’s WorkPackages, the tasks included in them and their objectives.
WP2: Curriculum Development and Integration
OLOKLIROSIS started with the presentation of WP2 and the tasks that are included in the WP. OLOKLIROSIS also presented the KPIs of the WP and its objectives. Partners had the chance to ask questions and clarifications.
Call to Action
OLOKLIROSIS will prepare a template for the desk research in the following weeks.
Partners will have to complete the desk research by the 15th of January.
WP3: Digital Literacy Tools Development
Presentations continued with the presentation of an overview of WP3. HUB presented all the tasks, the partner organisation in charge and the KPIs of the WP. Partners had the chance to ask questions and clarifications.
Call to Action
The digital modules will be designed based on the modules to be created under WP2.
A dedicated meeting will be held for WP3 in due time.
Camilla and Karin from Alviksskolan delivered two insightful presentations on how digital and creative arts can be used for integration at schools.
WP4: Digital Art Library
Memento Mortis presented WP4 and its tasks alongside with the objectives and the KPIs of the WP. Partners had the chance to ask questions and clarifications.

WP5: Dissemination and Communication
Memento Mortis and HUB presented WP5 with an emphasis on the collaborative approach partners need to have in order to reach the project’s KPIs. The qualitative and quantitative indicators were clearly presented to all partners who were then able to discuss and share questions with the WP leaders. It was stressed that DISSEMINATION IS A JOINT EFFORT WITH ALL PARTNERS EQUALLY PARTICIPATING
So far:
OLOKLIROSIS has created the website of the project which was presented to the partners.
OLOKLIROSIS has created the project’s email account.
Memento Mortis has created and shared the logo as well as A4 template and PPT template which can be found on the project’s drive.
Call to Action
HUB Nicosia will produce a straight forward dissemination plan where partners will have all directions for dissemination and communication.
Memento Mortis will create the 3 Social Media channels (FB, Insta & LinkedIn).
HUB will create an excel where all partners will complete their social media channels and the person responsible for the dissemination on behalf of their organisatio.
WP1: Project Management
- The next online project meeting will take place on 06 February 2025 at 12:00 CET. Link and agenda to be send by the coordinators.
- Partners should read the proposal thoroughly and be aware of their tasks
- Partners should access the Drive where all project progress and documents are uploaded
- Communication should be kept strictly through emails and WhatsApp only for urgent cases
- Erasmus Priorities are important, and all partners need to adhere to them.
The coordinator has prepared an Excel with the priorities and asked partners to translate them in their language
and all schools to have the responsibility of one of them during the project’s lifespan in order for the coordinator to keep track of them.
Partner schools should note on the excel which of the priorities they can serve best.
